PERMISSIONS

▷ First Impressions ▶ VISUAL: Standing at only 2'10 and being rather stout as well as short (it's the build, okay), Mimiya actually looks like she should be a toddler rather than an adult. She has long wavy hair that's light purple and fades to magenta towards the tips (dyed), tanned skin, and purple eyes. Being a Dunesfolk Lalafell, she has a special protective layer over her eyes that shields them from the intense sun-- because of this, it makes her look like she has no pupils. ▶ AURAL: Mimiya has a very high-pitched but soft voice, which only further adds to her childlike visage (for those who are FFXIV-savvy, she has the female lalafell Voice 2). She has a slight accent that's that's the Generic European you typically hear ingame, and has adopted a small bit of Gridanian vernacular in her speech. ▶ OLFACTORY: Very outdoorsy, though what exactly she smells like depends on where she's been around most of the time. Usually, she either smells like a forest or home-cooking. ▶ DEMEANOUR: Simply put, she's too nice for her own good. Very sweet and polite with a tendency to mother-hen a little, it's clear she's a little creature with a big heart. She's a bit of a cheapskate when it comes to money, though-- Mimiya's from Thanalan and grew up in a bazaar, can you blame her? In battle is where she grows serious, and she holds no mercy for whoever would put her friends in danger.

▷ IC Permissions ▶ PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Mimiya is very physically affectionate, greeting her friends with hugs and giving them soft pats when they're down. Likewise, she will gladly accept any hug received from anyone, so don't be afraid to give the popoto a little squeeze! ▶ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: but why would you Despite her appearance and demeanor, she is a very staunch fighter-- depending on which class she's currently specializing in, she can do either do melee or magic. Mimiya will mostly be seen using white magic. Though she's strong, she's also very squishy and easy to wound. She may be powerful, but she's not immortal or unbeatable. ▶ RELATIONSHIPS: A firm "no". Mimiya is married, and is not looking to cheat on her husband any time soon. You're free to pursue her, but none of it will be reciprocated. ▶ PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: Lalafells are known for being very intelligent, and Mimiya is no exception: she's quite knowledgeable and is quick to learn new things. Tempering with her mind is nigh impossible, if at all, due to the influence the Echo gives her. Sorry. ▶ MAGICAL INFORMATION: Mimiya is a powerhouse of aether, and is able to utilize this aether to create powerful magic. Several classes are able to utilize this ability better than others, and Mimiya does hold a variety of those classes, though she personally prefers white magic; you will see her as a white mage more than anything else. Thanks to her Dark Knight class, she has a very precarious balance of darkness and light within her-- it generally sends her a little "off-kilter" if she feels any sort of intense despair or anger. ▶ MEDICAL INFORMATION: None really! The job of an adventurer is a hazardous one, so naturally she'd have some scars here and there. ▶ OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: She's currently grieving from the loss of a very, very dear friend of hers, so any sort of disrespect towards her friend and what she's feeling will not be taken well (see: Magical Information). Otherwise, you're fine. Despite her gentle behavior, Mimiya's heard and been through some shit, and Eorzea is everything but forgiving. She's a tough cookie.
